How to work with a creative agency

Technology company Percolate has written an article about some of the things you need to think about when you're contemplating a collaboration with a creative marketing agency.
Like any fruitful personal relationship, a client-agency relationship requires communication, respect, and mutual understanding,” writes blogger Christy MacLeod.
Here’s the list of things Percolate think you need to concider:
The first part; finding the team to work with:
✎ Keep it simple
✎ Think about what you like
✎ Make sure there’s chemistry
✎ Know their work
✎ Be fair in the contract
The second part; brief and production:
✎ Approval workflow
You can read the more extensive list over at Percolate’s blog.
And of course, we totally agree. When working with an agency, you need to know what you want, and keep it simple, but also have an open mind. Remember that this is what creative agencies do. They take your idea and evolves it into something precisely that; something creative. An agency know what works what doesn’t. But you need to find someone you feel chemistry with. Someone that you feel will work towards what you want, not something they want. It’s all about the chemistry, about that certain feeling.
And that’s what we, Nordic.Agency, try to do: create remarkable work for our clients that their customers act on. Because in the end, that’s what it’s all about, making potential clients react to your marketing!
Don’t be afraid to hire a creative agency. And remember: you will feel it when it’s right!
