Similar to Glassdoor from the US, Careereye is looking to build a culture of transparency throughout the Nordics with its platform that offers the ability to review & rate your current or previous employers anonymously. Alongside the reviews, they also sell premium employer branding packages. In order for Careereye to scale their revenue via selling premium branding packages, they need the reviews. Our challenge for this brief was clear: help Careereye generate online employer reviews in Sweden, Norway & Denmark - beginning with Sweden.
The first step was to configure adwords, facebook advertising and all other performance marketing aspects for Careereye. Once performance marketing was configured and ready to go, we then shifted to the creative work. The ads we created sought to tap into emotional trigger points via cleverly crafted questions or statements with the sole intent of motivating someone to submit their anonymous review. These banners, as well as others crafted directly towards people working for specific companies, were then launched and targeted by either company, gender, profession or geo-location across Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin.
